Context
Global Mobility works in travel and compliance — a domain where the people who need information most are, by definition, on the move. Requirements, documents, and status all matter precisely at the moments when nobody is sitting at a desk.

Challenge
Compliance tools tend to assume an office: big screens, stable connections, time to navigate. Travellers have none of those. The challenge was to compress travel and compliance workflows into something that works in the in-between moments — an airport queue, a taxi, a border desk — without losing the rigor the domain demands.

Build
We designed and built a mobile app that puts Global Mobility's travel and compliance workflows in a traveller's pocket. The interface is built for quick, confident use on the move: what you need surfaces fast, flows are short, and the app behaves like something people choose to open rather than have to.

Outcome
Global Mobility's travellers carry their compliance with them. The work that used to wait for a desk happens where the traveller is, and the app has become the natural first stop instead of a formality.
