Context
Adulis Construction runs building projects — work that unfolds over months, across sites, with many hands involved. Decisions get made on site, progress happens daily, and the office needs to know where every project actually stands.

Challenge
Construction projects generate a constant stream of updates, documents, and decisions, and the story of a project scatters easily across calls, messages, and paper. When the record is scattered, status questions take digging, and accountability blurs. Adulis needed one place where a project's state is simply visible.

Build
We built a web-based project management portal shaped around how Adulis actually runs its jobs. Projects live as structured records — progress, documents, and the day-to-day activity around them — accessible to the people who need them, from the site or the office. The portal keeps a project's history in one place instead of in someone's inbox.

Outcome
Project state is now something the team looks up, not something it reconstructs. Adulis has a single portal where builds stay on the record from start to handover, and conversations about a project can start from the same shared picture.
